“I have worked in the NHS (in various roles) since 1995, and consequently bring lots of experience towards my PALS role. I feel I also bring sensitivity, compassion and energy to whatever I’m involved with. I centre my efforts around empowering people, supporting them to be well and to grow, and to help them to see their choices. My interests include reading, watching films, history, long country walks and travelling. ”
