Social Workers

We are on the CSE frameworks for Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire County.

Self-Funders

Please be aware our service can cost up to £20 per hour and this will be invoiced monthly and we charge for payment upfront, this allows us to cover set up and staffing costs for your package. You will be required to provide some information at the point of referral and we will always provide an assessment to ensure we can provide what you require before we set up invoices to you.

 

Our Service

Real Lives is a care service with a difference

This is what we offer:
 

  • 1:1 recovery focused support; working in a person-centred way, that empowers the individual to reach their goals.

 

  • We offer packages of support starting at 1 hour per week minimum

 

  • We complete a Wellness and Safety plan with each client which is updated with their changing needs.

 

  • We operate Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, however if support is needed outside these hours, we can look at accommodating this on a case by case basis.

 

  • A consistent senior PAL gets to know each client and co-ordinates their package, they can make changes, review support and update wellness and safety plans.

 

  • We provide a consistent team of PALs to each client, so the same person will deliver the same session every week. We aim to put the least number of PALs possible on each package.

 

  • A team of experienced supervisors provide an hour of 1:1 face to face monthly supervision to every single worker to ensure their caseload is regularly discussed and their development is supported. We also provide mandatory training and PAL development opportunities to our workers.

 

  • We have weekly meetings to ensure that safety issues are discussed at the highest level and steps are in place to protect our clients and staff.

 

  • We have weekly allocation meetings to ensure we continue to provide consistent workers to clients. This has to happen with the senior team and cannot be done by a rota system.

 

  • We are a recognised Mental Health enhanced service by the Nottingham City and County CSE Frameworks. We are approved CSE providers and received over 90% rating at our last inspection.

 

  • We expect the whole team to work to our Values and our PALs are trained in a number of competencies relating to our Professionability and ethos.
