Care, Support and Enablement, or CSE for short, is the latest framework for the provision of health and social care in the community. In the same manner that personalised support was provided by means of personal budgets, health and social care providers are now contracted by local area authorities to provide personalised support to individuals. Real Lives is an accredited CSE provider by both Nottingham City Council and Nottinghamshire County Council.
